BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the Service Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Risk Management Services Co., for automobile and property damage claims adjusting, including subrogation.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $23,000 for FY 2013, be and hereby is approved for payment to Risk Management Services Co., from account #6021-160906-73204, pursuant to the terms of the Service Agreement, with sums for additional fiscal years subject to sufficient funds being appropriated by the Council.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
