Summary
Authorization to execute a time extension to the contract with Lagco, Inc. for the Anniston/Wickland Phase 3 Stormwater Improvement Project. The project was delayed by underground utility companies’ relocation of facilities to accommodate the new storm sewer system. The time extension will facilitate reimbursement of funds by KIA. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute Change Order No. 2, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the Agreement with Lagco, Inc. for the Anniston/Wickland Stormwater Improvements Project Phase 3, extending the contract term from May 10, 2015 through July 24, 2015.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
