Summary
Authorization to engage OpenGov for services for Analytical Software not to exceed $19,500 for a one year subscription. This software will provide a platform for developing internal management tools and reports which will facilitate the analysis of historical, current and future financial trends presenting management and Council with additional information to include in the decision making process. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor or the Commissioner of Finance, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the Software Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with OpenGov, Inc., for the Department of Finance.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $19,500.00 (FY2015), be and hereby is approved for payment to OpenGov, Inc., from account #1101-202201-71202 ($15,000.00) and account #1101-202101-71202 ($4,500.00), with any renewals to be exercised by the Department of Finance and contingent upon sufficient funds being appropriated.
