BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Collective Bargaining Agreement, a copy of which is attached hereto, with Bluegrass Fraternal Order of Police, Lodge No. 4, on behalf of Police Lieutenants and Captains in the Division of Police, be and the same is hereby accepted.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
