BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the First Amendment to Agreements, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Commerce Lexington, Inc., reallocating $142,000.00 from the Accelerate Lexington Program (created pursuant to Resolution No. 708-2021) to further fund the Regional Economic Development Collective (created pursuant to Resolution No. 43-2022), at no additional cost to the Urban County Government.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective upon the date of its passage.
