Summary
Authorization to purchase the Onbase software module Document Knowledge Transfer and EDM Services. The purchase of this software module will provide the ability to manage and control the administration of policies and procedures across the enterprise. Funds are budgeted in the FY16 CIP. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute an Agreement with Vebridge Holdings, Inc., which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference, for the OnBase Document Knowledge Transfer and Electronic Document Management (EDM) Software Module.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $18,500 in Fiscal Year 2016, be and hereby is approved for payment to VeBridge Holdings, Inc., from account #2606-210101-96202, pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
