BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the Lease Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Bluegrass Community Health Center, for the space located at 1306 Versailles Road at a cost not to exceed $138,375.
Section 2- That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $138,375.00 (FY20 $27,675.00 and FY21 $110,700), be and hereby is approved for payment to Bluegrass Community Health Center, from account #1101-606402-6421-42181, pursuant to the terms of the Lease Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
