Summary
Authorization to amend Resolution No. 602-2014 relating to allow changes to the Senior Citizen Center. On October 23, 2014, the Urban County Council passed Resolution Number 602-2014, allowing the Mayor to sign certain Change Orders to Marrillia Design and Construction for the construction of the Senior Citizen Center. The passage of this resolution has allowed the project to maintain a progressive construction schedule. The changes requested at this time are as follows: authorize the Chief Administrative Officer to execute the change orders, increase the not to exceed amount for an individual change order from Twenty Two Thousand Two Hundred Dollars ($22,200) to Twenty Five Thousand Dollars ($25,000), and increase the cumulative total for all change orders executed pursuant to this amendment from Two Hundred Twenty Two Thousand Dollars ($222,000) to Three Hundred Twenty Two Thousand Dollars ($322,000). Resolution No. 602-2014 shall otherwise remain unchanged. There is no budgetary impact from this amendment. (L1266-15)(Reed)
