BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute Change Order No. 3 (Final), which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the Agreement with Tribute Contracting & Consultants, LLC, for the Wolf Run Trunks D & E Project, for the Division of Water Quality, decreasing the contract price by the sum of $287,597.01, from $3,956,920.02 to $3,669,323.01.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
