BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the following Probationary Civil Service Appointments made by the Mayor, be and hereby are ratified:
Tracey McElroy, Staff Assistant Sr., Grade 108N, $16.400 hourly, in the Division of Building Inspection, effective November 5, 2012.
Thad Scott, Environmental Enforcement Spec., Grade 115E, $1,825.68 bi weekly, in the Division of Environmental Policy, effective November 19, 2012.
Section 2 - That the following Probationary Sworn Appointments made by the Mayor be and hereby are ratified:
Keith Jackson, Fire Chief, Grade 324E, $5,410.00 bi weekly, in the Division of Fire and Emergency Services, effective June 25, 2012.
Section 3 - That the following Permanent Sworn Appointments made by the Mayor be and hereby are ratified:
Roger Holland, Police Lieutenant, Grade 317E, in the Division of Police, effective August 20, 2012.
Section 4 - That these personnel actions shall become effective on the date described in each item.
