Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute and submit the Grant Application, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the Kentucky 911 Services Board, and to provide any additional information requested in connection with this Grant Application, which Grant funds are in the amount of $86,069.90 in Commonwealth of Kentucky funds, and are for the updating and refreshing of the Solacom Guardian 911 Telephone Customer Premise Equipment for the Division of Enhanced 911.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
