An Ordinance pursuant to Section 2-1(a) of the Code of Ordinances of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, adopting a schedule of meetings for the Council for calendar year 2027. [Council Office, Hall]

WHEREAS, KRS 61.820 provides that all public agencies of the state shall provide for a schedule of regular meetings by Ordinance, order, Resolution, bylaws, or whatever other means May be required for the conduct of business of that public agency, and that the schedule of regular meetings shall be made available to the public; and
WHEREAS, Section 2-1(a) of the Code of Ordinances of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government provides that a schedule of dates and times of meetings of the Council of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government shall be adopted annually by Ordinance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 – That the schedule of meetings for the Council of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government for calendar year 2027 be and hereby is adopted as follows:
