BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That Section 22-53.2 of the Code of Ordinances be and hereby is amended to read as follows:
(1) All traffic school guards shall be appointed by the mayor.
(2) The salaries of the traffic school guards shall be $15.00 per hour.
Section 2 - That this Ordinance shall become effective January 3, 2022.
