Summary

Authorization execute a Right-of-Way Agreement with Columbia Gas of Kentucky to permit a new permanent easement approximately 20’ wide by 40’ long to 625 square foot area that will be used to relocate natural gas regulation equipment.  Relocation will provide better access for large vehicles servicing Woodland Park and Woodland Pool.                      BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

                     Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the Right of Way Agreement, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Columbia Gas of Kentucky, Inc. for permanent easement for the relocation of natural gas regulation equipment located in Woodland Park.

                     Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
