BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

                     Section 1 - That the Mayor, or her designee, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and approved to execute all Commitment Letters, Loan Agreements, Promissory Notes, Mortgages, Deed Restrictions, Releases, and any other documents related to the disbursement of Neighborhood Investment Funds, established in Chapter 2, Article XVL of the Code of Ordinances.

                     Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
