BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the Memorandum of Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with The Lexington Library and Harmony HB, LLC, a division of Anderson Communities, Inc., for maintenance improvements to Phoenix Park.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $19,141.00, be and hereby is approved for payment for improvements to the Phoenix Park to various contractors, from account #1101-707601-90319-775, pursuant to the terms of the Memorandum of Agreement.
