BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Chief Information Office is authorized to execute an enrollment contract and subsequent contracts for participation in the Apple iOS Developer Enrollment Program, on behalf of the Urban County Government, at a cost not to exceed $99.00.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $99.00, is hereby approved for payment to Apple iOS Development Enrollment Program, from Account No. 1101-202505-75101, pursuant to the terms of the Contract.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
