BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the purpose of this ordinance is to establish regulations for buying, selling, and processing regulated scrap materials.
Section 2 - That Section 13-54.1 of the Code of Ordinances of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is created to read as follows. For the purpose of Sections 13-54.1 to 13-54.6 the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
