BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

      Section 1 - That the following Unclassified Civil Service Appointment made by the Mayor, be and hereby is ratified:

Sally Hamilton, Chief Administrative Officer, Grade 213E, $4,039.00 bi weekly, in the Office of the Chief Administrative Officer, effective January 23, 2013.

      Section 2 - That this personnel action shall become effective on the date given.
