BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That Resolution No. 164-2012 accepting the bids of multiple vendors and establishing price contracts for mowing, for the Division of Parks and Recreation, is hereby amended to include McGee Springs, Inc., and its bid is accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of its bid, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and a price contract is established.
Section 2 - That Resolution No. 164-2012 otherwise remains unchanged.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
