BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute Change Order No. 1 (FINAL), which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference to the contract with Siemens Industry, Inc., for the ESPC_2015 Energy Project at the LFUCG Division of Community Corrections, decreasing the contract price by the sum of $59,674.40 from $3,037,832.00 to $2,978,157.60.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
