BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute Change Order No. 1, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the contract with Randle-Davies Construction Co., LLC, for tennis court repurposing at Kirklevington Park, increasing the contract price by the sum of $31,483.33 from $49,880.00 to $81,363.33.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $31,483.33, be and hereby is approved for payment to Randle-Davies Construction Co., LLC, from account #1101-707601-7211-76101 pursuant to the terms of the Change Order.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
