Authorization to execute a fourth amendment to the existing Purchase Agreement with Airbus DS Communications, f/d/b/a Cassidian Communications awarded in RFP# 13-2012 and approved by Resolution # 264-2012, for the purposes of adding a 10th channel to the radio system and installing firewall devices to protect the system.
