BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute Change Order No. 1, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the Contract with Buchanan Contracting, Inc, for Annual Sanitary Sewer Cleaning and Inspection, a Consent Decree Program, for the Division of Water Quality, increasing the Contract price by the sum of $350,319.55, from $899,680.45 to $1,250,000.00.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $350,319.55, be and hereby is approved for payment to Buchanan Contracting, Inc., from account # 4003-303401-71223, pursuant to the terms of the Change Order.
