Summary

This property was formerly part of the Southend Park, which is currently being used by the project as a temporary housing area and will ultimately be reconfigured and constructed to better service the new neighborhood. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute a Deed, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and any other documents necessary, conveying a 0.17 acre parcel of property located at 800 Neville Avenue, in fee simple to the Commonwealth of Kentucky, for Phase II Construction of the Newtown Pike Extension.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
