BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute Modification No. 1 to an Agreement with the Commonwealth of Kentucky Department of Military Affairs, Division of Emergency Management, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, for the Emergency Generator Project at the Division of Streets and Roads, to include additional language to the Agency Terms and Conditions.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
