A Resolution authorizing and directing the Mayor, on behalf of the Urban County Government, to execute an Agreement, and Easement Agreement, a Construction Easement Agreement, and three Crossing License Agreements with R.J. Corman Railroad Co., and any other documents necessary, to exchange a portion of properties located at 669 Byrd Thurman Dr. and 2025 Old Frankfort Pike for property, easements and crossings for the Legacy Trail and Town Branch Trail, at a cost not to exceed $123,494 ($100,000 for difference in values in property being exchanged and $23,494 for an easement) and annual crossing license fees of $8,500.
