BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the certificate of consideration and any other documents necessary, and to accept deeds, for property located at 277 Lafayette Parkway, 283 Lafayette Parkway and 1856 Clays Mill Road, for the acquisition and demolition required for the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program.
