BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Division of Human Resources is authorized to make a conditional offer to the following Probationary Civil Service Appointments:
Byron Brown, Administrative Specialist, Grade 513N, $16.066 hourly in the Division of Police, effective March 9, 2015.
John Lawhorn, Heavy Equipment Technician, Grade 516N, $19.467 hourly in the Division of Facilities and Fleet Management, effective upon passage of Council.
Section 2 - That upon successful completion of the physical or medical examination, the applicant listed in Section 1 may begin employment.
