BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN
COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the following subsection line number of Section 22-5(2) of the Code of Ordinances be and hereby is created to read as follows:
310.015 1 113 120E Administrative Officer Senior
Section 2 - That the term of this position shall expire in three (3) years.
Section 3 - That certain of the Budgets of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government are amended and funds are appropriated pursuant to Budget Schedule No. 0026, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Section 4 - That this Ordinance shall become effective upon date of passage.
