BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That a 2014 Ford Explorer, VIN 1FM5K8D86EGA28829, owned by the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government and declared a total loss as a result of an automobile collision, is hereby declared to be surplus property.
Section 2 - That the Department of General Services, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to transfer the 2014 Ford Explorer described above in Section 1 to the Automotive Technology Program at Bluegrass Community and Technical College.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
