BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor or his appropriate designee, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, and in order to expedite the initial completion of the Public Safety Radio System, be and hereby is authorized to execute any necessary documents with the Federal Communications Commission.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
