BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That Section 2-243(2) of the Code of Ordinances of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government be and hereby amended to read as follows:
(2) The board is established for the purpose of advising the division of parks and recreation in an effort to perpetuate the nature sanctuary status of property in Fayette County known as the Raven Run Nature Sanctuary. The board's role in carrying out this purpose will entail suggesting methods to protect the scenic, historical, biological, ecological and geological attributes of the Raven Run Nature Sanctuary, to minimize impact to the environment and to maintain a trail system of good quality; assisting in the implementation of a nature study center at the Raven Run Natur...
