BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the bid of Man O'War Harley-Davidson, establishing a price contract for motorcycles for Police enforcement, for the Division of Facilities and Fleet Management, be and hereby is accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the bid, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and that the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute any necessary Agreements related to the procurement of the motorcycles.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
