BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute Change Order No. 1, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the Contract with Smith Contractors, Inc. for the Town Branch and West Hickman Wastewater Treatment Plant Electrical, SCADA, Blower/Aeration and Pump Station Improvements Project, increasing the contract price by the sum of $478,000 from $13,442,723 to $13,920,723.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $478,000, be and hereby is approved for payment...
