Summary
Authorization to execute an second Amendment to the Agreement with Agreement with Welcome House Inc. for the operation of the Lexington Payee Program at a cost not to exceed $276,663.00 with $89,509.00 in year 1, $92,194.00 in year 2, and if renewed $94,960.00 in year 3. This program will continue to provide financial management of benefits for people who are incapable of managing their payments on their own in order to maintain stable housing.
