BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Urban County Council hereby ratifies the Department of Law's execution, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government and subject to the approval of the Kentucky Public Service Commission, of a unanimous Settlement Agreement, Stipulation and Recommendation (which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference), and any other necessary settlement documents, in Kentucky Public Service Commission Case No. 2014-00371, pertaining to the rates of Kentucky Utilities Company.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
