BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the response of Sentinel Offender Services, LLC, to RFP No. 12-2022, to provide court-ordered electronic monitoring services for the offender population on home incarceration, for the Division of Community Corrections, is accepted and approved.
Section 2 - That an amount to be determined based on participation, not to exceed $240,000.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Sentinel Offender Services, LLC, from account #101-505403-5433-71299, pursuant to the terms of the RFP.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
