BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Division of Water Quality, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to purchase design services for the Northland Meadows Arlington Phase 5B Project, from ECSI LLC, a sole source provider.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $24,966.20, be and hereby is approved for payment to ECSI LLC, from account # 3120 303202 91713 ($18,796.20) and account # 4002 303202 71205 ($6,170.00) for said design services.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
