BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That Section 22-53.2(b) of the Code of Ordinances be and hereby is amended to read as follows:
(b) The salaries of the traffic school guards shall be sixteen dollars and twenty-two cents ($16.22) per hour.
Section 2 - That this Ordinance shall be effective as of August 12, 2024.
