Section 1 - That the bid of TP Mechanical Contractors, in the amount of $147,875.00, for water heater for the Division of Community Corrections, be and hereby is accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the bid, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
