Authorization to amend the classified and Unclassified Civil Service authorized strength, abolishing and creating positions as approved in the FY 2023 Budget process, to become effective July 1, 2022. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT.

                     Section 1 - That the following subsection line numbers in the Classified Civil Service authorized strength be and hereby are amended to read as follows:

                     090.020                     3                     187                     518E                                          Information Officer

                     720.105                     2                     602                     507N                                          Public Service Worker

                     Section 2 - That subsection line number 720.010 in the Unclassified Civil Service authorized strength be and hereby is deleted.

                     Section 3 - That this Ordinance shall be effective on July 1, 2022.
