BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to accept an award from the Kentucky Bicycle and Bikeway Commission's Paula Nye Memorial Bicyclist and Pedestrian Education Program, in the amount of $13,500.00, for establishment of a city-managed bike library, the acceptance of which does not obligate the Urban County Government to the expenditure of funds.
