BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN
COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That subsection line number 540.050 in the classified civil service authorized strength be and hereby is deleted.
Section 2 - That the following subsection line number in the classified civil service authorized strength be and hereby is amended to read as follows:
540.023 2 755 523E Facilities Manager
Section 3 - That the job title of the incumbent, Lee McKinney, be and hereby is changed from Electronic/Computer Controls Manager to Facilities Manager, at the same grade and rate of pay.
Section 4 - That this Ordinance shall become effective on passage of Council.
