BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

                     Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the Amendment to Agreements, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Commerce Lexington, Inc., reallocating $36,860.00 from one Agreement (authorized by Resolution No. 235-2021 and amended pursuant to Resolution No. 402-2021) related to the LFUCG Small Business Economic Recovery Program to provide additional funding for minority business development services contained within the other Agreement (authorized by Resolution No. 402-2022), at no additional cost to the Urban County Government.

                     Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective upon the date of its passage.
