BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the Lease, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Davis Park Station, LLLP, for space at 501 De Roode Street for the Davis Park Workforce Center.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $16,536.65, be and hereby is approved for payment to Davis Park Station, LLLP, from account # 3230-136102-1362-78103, pursuant to the terms of the Lease.
Section 3 - This Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
