BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the two Memorandums of Agreement between the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government and Bluegrass Fraternal Order of Police, Lodge No. 4, on behalf of both Officers and Sergeants, and Lieutenants, in the Division of Police, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to increase base pay and address retention issues, be and hereby are accepted.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
