BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That Resolution No. 095-2023, be and hereby is amended to provide funds to Solar Energy Solutions as payment for solar installations on low-to-moderate income homeowners’ properties, as part of the Solarize Lexington Program, at a cost not to exceed $1,000,000.00.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $1,000,000.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Solar Energy Solutions, from account 1105-313201-3094-78112, pursuant to the terms of the Solarize Lexington Program.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
