BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That Rave Mobility Safety, be and hereby is established as a sole source provider for the purchase of Smart911 Software, for the Division of Enhanced 911, and authorizing and directing the Mayor or her designee, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, to execute any necessary agreements with Rave Mobility Safety related to the procurement of this software.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $72,000.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Rave Mobility Software, from account #4204-505602-001-76102, pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
