Authorization to amend a Federal Equitable Sharing Agreement and Certification with the Department of Justice, The Department of the Treasury.  After submission of the original Equitable Sharing Agreement and Certification (Reso 373-2025), the Department of Justice requested the changes to this Agreement to reflect changes to the Equitable Sharing Funds spent. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

                     Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the Amendment to the Federal Equitable Sharing Agreement with the Department of Justice to reflect changes in the equitable sharing funds spent.

                     Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
